CONSTRUCTION LENDING / A SHARED PERSPECTIVE

Between draws.
Beyond the paperwork.

Draw reviews need more than another document. Bring budget changes, progress evidence, and missing items into the same conversation.

Visibility by permission.
Lending decisions stay with the lender.

Visibility supports the review. It does not replace professional judgment.

01 / PERMISSIONED SHARING

The right context.
With the right people.

01 / AGREE THE SCOPE

Start with permission.

The homeowner and lending team agree what project information is needed and who may see it.

02 / CONNECT THE RECORD

Keep the gaps visible.

Bring milestones, changes, and supporting documents together. Separate received records from questions still open.

03 / REVIEW IN CONTEXT

Keep the decision yours.

Use the context to guide review. Credit, inspection, and disbursement responsibilities remain with the relevant professionals.

02 / LENDER QUESTIONS

What belongs
in the conversation?

Does a complete checklist mean a draw is approved?+

No. Document presence is different from content review, inspection, or approval. The lender retains its decisions and requirements.

Does KYNSL replace inspections?+

No. Progress evidence provides context for the review; it does not certify work, replace an inspection, or prove that a draw condition is satisfied.

Who controls what is shared?+

The intended sharing model begins with homeowner permission and a defined scope. This capability needs to be agreed and validated in a pilot before real project information is shared.

What would a lender pilot focus on?+

One workflow and one measurable question—for example, making missing draw documents visible before review. Scope, access, and evaluation criteria are agreed with the participating team.
